Community Impact Inc. is a community mental health counseling practice, that works with youth, adolescents, adults, and families to facilitate positive change within all aspects of their lives. Owner Amy Leone specializes in clients with substance abuse and behavioral issues. We offer individual, family counseling, and behavioral interventions/strategies. We at Community Impact treat each person as an individual and help the clients and their family understand their symptoms while working towards a balanced lifestyle.

Community Impact is also an independent consulting group that focuses on community health initiatives. Coalition work, evidence-based programs, evaluation, specific presentations, and grant writing. Over the years we have worked with communities, schools, and public and private agencies across many public health issues.
