Amy Leone, MS, MA, LMHC is an independent consultant, licensed mental health counselor, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Recovery Coach Supervisor based in the Greater Milford area. Amy has been a mental health counselor since 2000. She is the owner of Community Impact Inc. as well as the Founder and Chair of the Juvenile Advocacy Group (JAG) multiple community coalition, Adjunct Professor at Framingham State University- Graduate School. She is a founding partner with the Former Milford Police Chief working in the Greater Milford Area on the current opioid epidemic, and founder of the Regional Substance Navigation Program helping those individuals and loved ones who are struggling with the disease of addiction. Her newest program opened in October 2020 to help Chris Corner Recovery Resource Center in Milford. Her mission is to not just support those on their recovery path but to help lay the foundation for all those affected by the disease of addiction with a life of happiness after addiction.
Amy’s work as a mental health counselor and her many humanitarian affiliations and endeavors on behalf of outreach services, substance abuse programs, and health care issues. These duties and accomplishments combined with her educational training in mental health and criminal justice make her an exceptional resource in the field of individual and community prevention.
