Emily Bartlett, MSW, LICSW

Emily is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Criminal Justice from Washington State University. In 2021, Emily earned her Master of Social Work in Clinical Mental Health, with a trauma certification, from Boston College. In 2025, she also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Crisis Response and Behavioral Health from William James College.

Emily is currently a co-response clinician embedded with the Canton Police Department. She has several years of experience working as a co-response clinician in multiple police departments across the Greater Boston area. The Co-Response Program pairs a mental health clinician with law enforcement officers to respond to situations involving individuals in crisis. As a crisis response clinician, Emily is passionate about supporting people through some of life’s most overwhelming moments. With a calm and compassionate approach, she works alongside individuals, families, and first responders to help navigate crises with care, dignity, and respect.
