Mary McLaughlin-Mathon, MA, MS, LMHC
Mary received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in 2019. Previously, she earned a Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Vermont, and a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Marquette University. Mary started her counseling experience in 2018 at Wayside Family Support Network with a focus on family counseling. She has a variety of experience working with teens, families, adults, and seniors facing the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Mary uses an empathic, personalized approach to therapy and mental health drawing on approaches that best fit the client’s needs and priorities, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavior, and solution-focused therapy. She believes everyone has the answers within themselves, they just need some guidance in unlocking them.
