Samantha Batista
MA, LMHC, Expressive Arts Therapist
Samantha Batista MA, LMHC is a licensed mental health clinician who has been working with Community Impact, inc. since 2015. Currently she serves as a Clinical Supervisor for LMHC interns and masters level clinicians, as well as an individual therapist. She graduated from Lesley University where she earned her B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy with a minor in music, as well as an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. Samantha has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. She aims to create a welcoming and non-judgemental environment where clients can feel motivated to become their best selves. She has certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Animal Assisted Therapy.
